Mentoring is an important part of our culture. Our Partners understand the importance of mentoring, and act as mentors not only to the Associates with whom they have been paired, but others throughout the firm. Mentoring involves important interaction through which attorneys share interests and experiences with each other. Our Summer Associates are also assigned an Associate mentor during the program.
