• In the 1970s, we represented GAF Corporation in the first wave of asbestos litigation, and we continue to represent numerous companies in asbestos cases against manufacturers and premises owners
• In the 1980s, we represented Occidental Chemical Corporation in the defense of thousands of personal injury toxic tort claims arising out of Love Canal, as well as defended Squibb in the DES litigation
• In the 1990s, we served as co-counsel for Philip Morris in defending industry-wide lawsuits, and represented Atlantic Richfield in lead pigment litigation
• Today, we continue to serve as one of DuPont’s Primary Law Firms, and we represent many other self-insured FORTUNE 500 companies in hundreds of toxic tort and products liability cases.
