Phillips Lytle has been building a growing practice to serve the health care industry for more than 20 years. We serve physicians and physician group practices, hospitals and health systems, long-term care facilities, home health service providers, and ambulatory care facilities. We also serve health care payors, mental health facilities, and numerous not-for-profit human services organizations, including drug and alcohol treatment providers.
Our interdisciplinary practice covers all aspects of our clients' operations, including regulatory and legislative issues (e.g. HIPAA, STARK, HCQIA, SOD and MEDMAX), corporate transactional and tax issues, securing real estate, construction contracting, preservation of intellectual property, and affirmative and defensive litigation. We have structured our Health Care Practice Area to handle recurring and unique issues arising from the business of health care.
